Having trouble with astral projection?

Is your mind overstressed with personal problems? Work schedule depleting your energy? Personal challenges can impact your ability to astral project. How can you clear your mind to astral project?

You can take a brisk walk. If you have 30-40 minutes available, go on a short walk in a park or pick up dinner at a local eatery. If you live in New York City, you will find that walking is a traditional mode of travel. However, most people find comfort in driving their vehicles and taking public transportation.

Walking or riding a bike will relieve stress to improve your mental and physical health? You know that having a healthy mind can improve your astral projection experiences? People tend to develop fear while under extreme pressure. Athletes over think their performance moment prior to actually engaging in an event. Thus, allowing fear to enter the subconscious mind of the astral form will influence your ability to move about the astral worlds.  

If a person walks 4 miles per hour, they can cover 3 miles. My car tire popped this past week. I walked over 25+ miles since last Wednesday. I don't have the money to afford new tires. Essentially, I traveled across the entire city on foot. Therefore, my mind feels strong and healthy.

I walk to restaurants, hang out at the book store, walk through parks, and even visit the local church. When I return home in the evening after walking 5-7 miles, my mind is much clear. Whereas your feet and legs will feel the wear and tear of walking, you will find that exercising the physical body relieves stress to improve your astral projection experiences. The mind is a powerful tool. 

Astral projection requires a strong mind. You will notice that astral projecting under intense stress increases the likelihood you will develop fear in the astral plane. In the physical world I walked through a dark trail behind a gas station. I heard random noises coming from the bushes that smothered the trail. Fear is common in dark places. The astral worlds are dark and foreign to the mind.

You have to tell your mind that there is nothing to fear. In the physical world, it is possible that a person will jump out of the bush and rob you. Coyotes might run from the hillside to attack you. You can't always think of these events, even during times in which you astral travel.

Calming the mind allows for a successful astral projection journey. An astral traveler has control over their mind in the astral world. Good astral projection experiences depend on a healthy physical mind.

Don't try to astral project when you have a zillion things going on in your mind. Relax. Go for a walk. Visit a local book store. Take up on meditation to soothe your mind.

When the time is right to astral project, then your mind can handle fear in the astral worlds. Astral beings are known to lurk around, frightening astral travelers to entertain their deviant spirits. Since you control your astral body, put up a force field to block fear. Astral project with a strong mind.
