Astral projection is the process of leaving the physical body via an astral form. Usually, this projection method is performed to astral travel into another alternate dimension such as the subplanes and the astral world. All dimensions above the subplanes form the astral plane. We don't live in a world that proves astral projection is scientifically accurate. Astral projectors are unable to change the past through time travel.Why do people think it's possible to change the past? How can astral projection lead to time continuum? We can't change the past with astral projection. There is no evidence to prove otherwise that astral projection is capable of projecting a human soul to another time. However, the imagination is very strong.
An astral projector holds the power to astral project into dimensions beyond the first acceptable dimension. can we astral travel to change the past? Is there any proof that someone has changed the past? Saying and doing are two opposing forces in the astral world. We want to believe that past pain is repairable under astral projection.
However, the truth is that therapy represents the best remedy to past events. Are you dealing with trauma? Want to forget the past? Wish that you never lived your childhood? Astral projection may or may not help you resolve your personal struggles. Just know that you already lived the past and you control your future.
Don't spent too much time reliving past pain. Astral projection has its limits, but limit yourself. Astral travel as far as your mind allows. Maybe your astral time travel can disapprove conventional science, thus changing the past to affect the future. Look at your past as experience, because maybe the pain motivated you to accomplish your dreams and goals due to challenging such hardship, trauma, abuse, and painful memories now resurfacing again.

You can't physically change the past. However, you can go back to the past in your mind to deal with a bad memory. You can dream. It could help you deal with past pain. We can't go back to change the events such as The Butterfly Effect movie. Life has a design, an intricate message teach you with life experiences.

"Anything is possible in life" means you can travel to the past in your mind. There are times I experience lucid dreaming to which I control the events. Once you notice you are dreaming, you can activate lucid dreaming and or astral project.

Butterfy Effect is an astral projection movie disguised as a time travel movie. I believe that anything is possible. Our imagination is powerful enough to create another world.
Astral projection goes as far back as the Egyptian time. Egyptian paintings show evidence to suggest that humans are capable of using astral projection to time travel.
Whereas science dismisses astral projection as science fiction, there is always a possibility that we can discover new dimensions. The dead have to go somewhere. There are many ghost and Alien sightings. You never know what humans are capable of unless people believe. We limit our potential.
I don't think we can change the past yet. On the opposing side, astral projectors can travel as far as their minds take them. How will we know whether the past changes? Maybe the past can be manipulated to change present day events? I say maybe we can change our personal past to improve our life.
There is a small probability that astral projection enables a person to change events without us knowing the outcome. Astral projection can take us as far as we want to go.
Do we live in a world like the Knowing movie? Is our end predestined? Or can we change the outcome through our actions to preserve the future?
In the Fourth Kind movie, an extraterrestrial voice said, "I am God," suggesting the being is really God. Or does the being want to manipulate the woman? This is a true story in Alaska.
We believe in scientific evidence. The unexplained is proven with facts. Can we astral project to the past to change past events? Probably not. Maybe we can change the past. As for now, we can't leave our body to manipulate the timeline.
