Are you having a tough time with Lucid Dreaming?

Lucid dreaming activates the reality of a dream. Once a person realizes they're having a dream within a dream, the dreamer can induce an OBE and or lucid dreaming. As with Inception, a person can control their dream projections to manipulate the events in the dream world. When your stress level increases, your ability to experience lucid dreaming is therefore compromised. Are you having a tough time with lucid dreaming?

Lucid dreaming is not as easy as it seems in the movies. You can't always activate lucid dreams like Leo does in the Inception movie. You must first gain experience through identifying triggers in your dreams. This means that various events, actions, and objects can alert your subconscious mind to induce the OBE and or lucid dreaming.

We have fears in our dreams. Recurring nightmares affect a dreamers sleep cycle. They will become erratic dreamers, only experiencing passive dreams. If you decipher dreams, then you can better understand the source of the dream itself.

Lucid dreaming empowers a dreamer to control their dream world like a video game. They can tell their mind to create a fantasy world unlike anything possible in the physical world. The metaphysical world is attainable with lucid dreaming. Hence, lucid dreaming enables you to live the life you wish to live.

But for the most part, you may experience problems with lucid dreaming. High stress lifestyles will influence lucid dreaming. How does a dreamer overcome lucid dreaming issues? Train the waking mind to communicate with your subconscious mind. Do exercises to focus on every dream symbol in your dreams. The moment you fall asleep, take control of the dream.

The best lucid dreaming and OBE techniques are:
  1. Wake up sporadically through using an alarm clock to fatigue yourself
  2. Identify triggers in your dreams
  3. Know the difference between reality and dreaming
  4. Experiment with sleep intervals - sleep, wake up, sleep, wake up, and sleep again
  5. Reduce your stress level with relaxation techniques
  6. Record your voice to relax your mind - listen to your voice guide your dream. Create the dream
  7. Listen to soft sounds such as rain, ocean, and nature sounds while sleeping
Lucid dreaming is a challenging dream process. As your dreaming guide, I can recommend you to learn about dream triggers. If you keep seeing the same dream symbols in your dreams, tell yourself that your dream is a dream. Repeat the phrase over and over again. You can then activate lucid dreaming.

Create your waking dreams in your sleeping dreams. You never know how close you are to reaching a waking dream until you make an attempt to overcome sleep dream challenges. Lucid dreaming is indeed a magical process to explore the dream world. Good luck on lucid dreaming.

The appointment that we couldn't accept: Lucid Dreaming technique

Last night, my dreams were all over the place. I had a dream that a family member had passed. I remember discussing with another group at a restaurant how sad I was that this relative passed at such a young age. It was an upsetting moment. I had no control over this exact dream. It seemed real. The dream projections controlled every aspect of the dream.

In another dream, I discussed an old computer and actually revisited an area which I resided for 6 years. In the same dream sequence, the dream switched again to me having to delay an appointment. I employed a lucid dreaming technique in the dream.

A client showed up at 9:00 am for his appointment. I was working at some corporate firm. We were so busy that we couldn't see the client right away. The client decided to carve his appointment time on the wooden floor. He made a scene about showing up on time. We didn't have the manpower to take this appointment. It was surreal to see this client behaving in this childish manner.

I attempted to help the client; however, the client voiced his negative concerns toward our company. I helped the client on my Apple laptop. He inputted his information on some website. I looked at the time carving on the ground. Even in a movie, I never witnessed a person behave like the client.

At that exact moment in time, I told myself this is a dream. I kept repeating the verse over and over again. I activated lucid dreaming. Since I was close to waking up, my lucid dreaming powers were limited to realizing the reality of the time.

A good lucid dreaming technique is to identify an event or something your dream that is impossible or not real. It is very uncommon to see a client carving his appointment time on the wooden floor of a corporate waiting area. The client pouted about having to wait. He noted that we should be ready to serve our clients in a timely manner.

You can activate lucid dreaming to explore the dream world. It is a dream experience you will never forget. Pay close attention to dream projections. Any object and or event can trigger lucid dreaming. I activated lucid dreaming because I realized the client's action as impossible. I repeated the "this is a dream" over and over again to take control of the dream world.

Inception is a good Hollywood movie to watch about lucid dreaming and dream projections. Have a fun and exciting lucid dreaming adventure. Thanks for reading.
