Firing a Gun Dream

Have you experienced the firing a gun dream? Want to know how to decipher dreams about firing a gun? The firing a gun dream points to aggression, anger, and temper in the waking life. Ready to decode your gun shooting dream?

The gun represents a symbol of aggression, power and anger. In the waking life, a gun is viewed as violent. Any person who carries a gun knows they are using the firearm as a weapon and or for protection. Dreaming about a firing a gun conveys to the dreamer they have a hot temper, pent up anger, and want to unload an unresolved problem.

In the Freud perspective, the firing a gun dream is also connected to the male genitalia. A man who dreams about firing a gun is nonetheless capable of sexually performing with their significant other. However, a man who dreams about firing a gun but the bullets remain stuck are possibly experiencing impotence and o low sexual desire. The fallacy symbol is not as prominent in the firing a gun dream.

The firing a gun dream holds several meanings, so understanding the gun dream involves remembering the target. Who are you firing at? The person target can represent the source of your aggression and anger. Are you shooting yourself? (i.e. suicide).

The suicide dream is not as it appears in the waking life. Firing a gun to commit suicide is merely an act of getting rid of the old problems to make way for new changes and beginnings. You are not predicting your death. Please don't consider the shooting a gun dream and suicide as a foretelling prophecy. Dreams are never straightforward, so don't think the obvious in your dreams.

Some people will suggest dreams are just dreams. In any case, these people are wrong since many people across the world experience the same dreams about the yellow spider, examination, candles, three suns, tsunami, falling out teeth, leaping frog, flying and other dreams.

The dream about shooting a gun is about firing off a temper, showing aggression, power, weakness, and various aspects going on in your life. Connect your firing a gun dream to the waking life.

How is temper, aggressiveness, anger, and codependency and other traits related to your personality? Do you want to blame another person for your problems? Have frustration toward another person? Unhappy with your life? Decoding dreams involve understanding the connection to your waking life.

Shooting a gun dream requires understanding the meaning of the symbol and the intended target. Are you shooting a target? Feeling your finger pull the trigger? Guns symbolize either power and safety or they can mean anger, aggression, and temper.

Firing a gun can relieve steam normally creating stress in your fast-paced life. If you commit suicide with a gun, the meaning of the dream, as written in most dream dictionaries, is to get rid of the old to bring in the new. Killing yourself in dream is a dream symbol to convey old and new.

Decoding the shooting a gun dream will help you pinpoint the source of your aggression, temper, anger, and whether the dream symbol is referring you to power and or the complete opposite - codependency in relationships and in life. Shooting a gun is a form of relieving stress associated with making big decisions such as moving, taking a new job, leaving a relationship and other big moves.

Connect your firing and or shooting a gun dream to your waking life problems. Aggression, temper and anger are derived from previous personality issues, traumatic experiences, and current stress. Apply this dreaming guide to decipher dreams about firing or shooting a gun to uncover your waking problems.

Tsunami Dreams

Have you experienced the dreaded tsunami dream? Tsunami dreams are frightening. You find yourself questioning the reality of tsunami dreams. What do tsunami dreams symbolize to a dreamer?

Tsunami dreams tap into the unconscious or subconscious mind. Whereas many dreamers may experience a tsunami dream, there is no actual dreaming guide to decode a tsunami dream. Therefore, decoding the wave dream will help dreamers understand the tsunami dream.

According to Kosrin (2005), "Waves symbolize the power of the unconscious. Enormous breaking waves may present powerful emotions, and gentle waves may suggest a tranquil state of mind" (p. 268).

In your tsunami dream,  do you notice large waves heading toward you? Can you remember if the waves are high? Are they traveling fast? Tsunamis can range anywhere from 10 feet to as high as 1000 feet. These waves can travel at speeds in excess of 1000 miles per hour. Thus, tsunamis hit land, and then break towards inland towns and cities. The speed of a tsunami depends on the source of the power. Did an earthquake start the tsunami? Or did a large chunk of land fall into the water after a volcano erupted?

A volcano is powerful enough to create a deadly tsunami. We never think about the destruction a tsunami can cause until such disasters like the 2004 tsunami and past tsunamis wreak havoc on humanity. Tsunamis are powerful enough to kill thousands of people and destroy entire towns, villages and cities along the coastline. Tsunamis can travel across thousands of miles. Hence, tsunamis will continue to move further inland for hundreds of miles. Dreams about tsunamis increase pressure in the subconscious mind.

If you keep having recurring tsunami dreams, then the dream interpretation suggests you need to release your emotions in the same manner as the overflowing toilet dream. Water is a dream symbol to convey emotions. Calm waves indicate a calm mind. A tsunami determines that you have "powerful emotions" (Kosarin, 2005, p. 268). My past tsunami dreams occurred while I worked on completing my undergraduate degree and graduate degree.

In tsunami dreams, the high waves usually appear violent. I questioned the reality of the tsumani dream, which I couldn't believe my eyes. The fast-moving wave raced toward the coastline in a matter of seconds. On two occasions, I attempted to drive up the mountain in my Acura Integra; however, the wave reached me too quickly. I always woke up prior to the tsunami smothering me inside my car.

Tsunami dreams represent uncontrollable emotions expressed in your unconscious or subconscious mind. You are likely experiencing major stress. There is a chance that past events are straining your unconscious mind (ptsd). Tsunami dreamers must look at their current lifestyle to decode their tsunami dreams. Do people criticize you too often? Are you afraid to express your emotions? Have fear of rejection? Want to forget about a past event?

Tsunami dreams point to emotion distress. Pay attention to the power of the waves. Focus on the height and speed of the waves. If the waves are tame, then you have an open mind. Releasing such emotions before they build up to become a rather debilitating problem can improve your conscious mind.

Holding your emotions inside can force the subconscious mind to adversely react without you initiating the flight/fight response. We can't control our fear unless we learn to understand the source of the problem. Traumatic events linger around in the mind with no end in sight. If you can learn to control your emotions, the tsunami dreams will end.

Some assume tsunami dreams represent dream predictions. In Indian culture, the water is viewed as purity. Evil spirits tend to avoid water. Your physical body and mental state of mind are protected while in the presence of water. Tsunamis are identified as a reaction to a powerful action such as an earthquake, a comet and or a volcano.

Find the source of your problems to resolve your emotional issues. Why do you block your emotions? You may consider looking into the past to improve your future. Don't allow your emotions to over pressure your subconscious mind. Constant pressure can lead to a number of health problems associated with chronic stress.

Tsunami dreams interpret the power of your emotions. The best stress relievers to reduce the frequency of or to eliminate tsunami dreams are to meditate, exercise, and to communicate with family, friends, strangers and therapists. Decoding the leaping frog dream: Frog Dream Interpretation

Have you experienced a frog dream? Did this frog leap toward you from a dark space? Last year prior to the Christmas holiday season, I had a leaping frog dream. This article will decode the frog dream.

Dreaming about animals is popular among dreamers. My frog dream is very brief. Moments before awaking from a dark black space, a frog lunged toward me out of nowhere. I quickly woke up.

According to Kosarin (2005), the frog dream symbol is associated with transformation. She further indicates that "a frog may also symbolize a leap into the unconscious" (Kosarin, 2005, p. 223). At the time of the dream, I experienced some difficulty with the usual financial struggles. In addition, I was close to completing my graduate degree. I also learned about the metaphysics field a month later.

According to Dream Moods (2011), a leaping frog dream suggests a "lack of commitment" due to jumping around too much and getting distracted (Frog section,  par. 2). I must focus on my long-term goal instead of taking up on present goals that set me back. I allowed the domain industry to delay my writing dream. However, the website claims the dreamer may also be taking big leaps toward their goal. Therefore, the leaping frog lunging toward me can point to making progress in a goal.

On the opposing side, a unreliable goal may parallel the main goal such as two trains traveling in the same direction but on the wrong track. The website notes that frogs symbolize "transformation, renewal, or rebirth" (DreamMoods.com, Frog section, par. 1). Frogs are identified as creatures with the ability to change. Such change may require a person to make adjustments to move ahead in life. The website indicates that hearing a frog sound suggests one has failed to accomplish their goal.

In essence, a frog dream can interpret many things. The frog dream can guide your journey to reach success in life. Pay close attention to the frog's mood, actions, sounds, location, type of frog, color of frog, and whether you consume the frog in your dream. These are important dream symbols to help decode your frog dream to improve your waking life. Thanks for reading.

Yellow Spiders in your Dreams

Many searches have arrived on this website based on yellow spider dreams. A spider dream holds several meanings conveying good and bad luck. I prepared a past yellow spider dream interpretation article to decode the dream.

You probably experienced the yellow spider dreams. You're looking for answers to decode the yellow spider dream. Try to replay the yellow spider dream. Write down every event you remember within the yellow spider dream, especially the mood of the spider and whether it bit you. Was this yellow spider crawling on the wall? In my opinion, I don't believe having a yellow spider dream is positive.

Since having the yellow spider dream, my situation has gotten 100 times worse. I'm experiencing the worse struggles in the past decade. I haven't had this much bad luck since 2000. These are insurmountable challenges, even as worse as my military service term in the mid 90's.

The yellow spider conveys the person will gain money and fame or lose everything if the yellow spider bites them. The size of the yellow spider has a lot to do with determining the severity of the problem or the extent to the rise of success. I've done of ton of work to gain very little. In result of my effort. my life has spiraled downward since having the yellow spider dream.

I waited to decode the yellow spider dream to avoid clouding the dream interpretation process. I never realized the negative impact the yellow spider would have on me until my recent disaster. I would rather have a yellow or orange candle dream. At least there is some hope to improve my spiritual values to live a better future.

The yellow spider dream is especially negative when it leaps off the wall and bites you. I can't think of a worse dream, not even the overflowing toilet or examination dream affected my lifestyle. The yellow spider dream is pointing to hardship that is greater than my two recent surgeries I experienced this year, the financial disaster with major student loans plaguing me, car issues, and every other disaster suffocating me right about now.

I spent thousands of hours preparing articles on hundreds of my sites. I was doing good, but then Google Panda killed the traffic and terminated my revenue. I could not sell websites which most companies would normally purchase at any other time. Thus, the yellow spider dream warned me of unfortunate events that would impact my life.

I earned a graduate degree in public administration at the wrong time. Most cities ceased hiring public service workers, especially in California. I earned a bachelor's degree in film & media studies at the time of the Hollywood Writer's Strike in 2007. I prepared to become a screenwriter since 1994. Although I joined the delayed military enlistment in my junior year of high school, my service term was mainly to gain life experiences and college funds to seek an education.

I never had another yellow spider dream, though the one spider dream was enough to alert me of bad things to come. The yellow spider really makes you think about the quality of your life. My life is of poor quality. I know exactly what I must do to reach my future goal, but I can't resolve my current situation.

I can't seem to fix my two popped tires. Living expenses are suffocating me. It will take a miracle to make it out of this disaster. I never quit in spite of obstacles and challenges. However, I'm running out of options to make it through these tough struggles.

The yellow spider dream conveyed my situation accurately. I never had a yellow spider dream. I noticed many people are having yellow spider dreams. Share your yellow spider dream and your current situation. Maybe we can learn more about the yellow spider dream.

Examination Dream

Examination Dream

You wake up in the morning. Your mind is exhausted from having another never-ending examination dream. Why do you keep having this examination dream? Many people are afraid of failure. Moreover, there are many people struggling to accomplish their goals. The examination dream points to adjustments a person must make to improve their quality of life. Do you want to resolve waking problems to end a recurring examination dream?

Recurring dreams about taking an examination can identify missed opportunities, unfinished goals, fear of failure, pressure to perform and waking tests. According to the author of Decode Your Dreams, Jenni Kosarin, examination dreams convey, "If you dream about taking an exam, it might indicate a concern about failure. A stack of tests could suggest you feel you are being tested too often. You feel that someone is judging you. Look at the surrounding elements in the dream. If you forget to go to class in your dream, it suggests that you are worried about being unprepared" (214). It is very important to address waking problems to reduce the frequency of examination dreams to realize success.

For example, Kosarin mentions failing a test or taking too long to complete an examination may confront the fear of failure. The complexity of a test shows there is concern over the tough obstacles which prevent a person from accomplishing their goals. If a person struggles to make it past page 1 on a test, then it suggests their goals are too complicated and difficult to figure out. While you have the desire and motivation to become successful, your dreams may be fading away. An examination also indicates the time allotted to complete a goal.

A person may set a time frame to accomplish a dream, or to quit their journey altogether. A past co-worker once told me that her sister's boyfriend set a date to accomplish his music dream. If this  music dream was not accomplished prior to the date, he would commit suicide. Although this type of goal setting is far too extreme, there are many people that are over passionate about their dreams. The examination dream is possibly a recurring symbol in their dreams.

On a few occasions, I have taken examinations so complex that I experienced anxiety because the content was impossible to understand. I refused to give up trying to complete the examination. To most people, an examination represents a performance tool to determine whether they are prepared as well as an indicator to rate their performance. For the most part, examinations measure the aptitude level of a test taker. Therefore, a student who fails an examination demonstrates the lack of preparation and or poor competence level in the content. Essentially, an examination dream refers to waking dreams.

The examination dream is an important dream symbol. Write down everything you can remember about the test. Was the test hard? How long did you take to complete the test? Are you the last one in the testing room? Do you feel stressed about the test? A test addresses the balance between failure and success. Passing a test means one can move on to accomplish their dreams and goals. In order to maintain the hunger to achieve success, find out what elements in your waking life are holding you back from success.

Do you have fear of success? Author of Overcoming Procrastination, Neil Fiore, addresses the three most problematic areas in the fear of success:

1) You find yourself in conflict over the awful choice between advancement and friends
2) Success in completing a project means facing some painful disincentives to success, such as moving, looking for a new job, or paying back student loans
3) Success means advancement to increasing demands and a fear of ultimate failure sometime in the future (21).

One major reason that people delay their goals is to avoid change and to please others. Neil identified that a person demonstrates fear of success "through unconscious self-defeating behavior" (22). Family and friends may interfere with your dreams because they require attention. Whereas their actions are unintentional, their actions compromise the requirements demanded of you to achieve success.

Most people realize that writers must dedicate their time and energy to write articles, screenplays, and other bodies of work. Musicians must practice playing a guitar, working on vocal training, write songs and perform additional tasks associated with their music dreams. Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant must shoot the ball into the hoop hundreds and even thousands of times to perform at a high level. Professionals and experts constantly work to refine their skill in order to maintain success.

The examination dream identifies your fear of failing in life. The test represents your dreams and goals. When a test taker completes the examination, then it suggests that they accomplished their goal. Chasing after a dream is no easy task. There will always be obstacles and challenges that will push an individual off course.

Once a person resolves their waking struggles, they can move past the examination dream. The examination dream conveys that a person must make adjustments to accomplish their dreams. Most people who respect their journey will never give up on a dream. Thus, recurring examination dreams point to an inner desire to accomplish success. You must assess your life struggles to determine what is holding you back.

Hopefully you can use this article to guide your dream journey. The next time you have an examination dream, write down everything you remember within the dream. Record every dream sign and dream symbol to evaluate what factors are possibly delaying your success. Common setbacks that cause examination dreams are:
  • Time management issues
  • Lack of desire
  • Motivational problems
  • Financial distress
  • Unfortunate events
  • Negative emotions
  • Past failure
  • Traumatic experiences
Look at family, friends, and co-workers for possible waking influences. The examination dream is a reliable dream symbol to help a person move past their struggles. Once an individual resolves their examination dream, they will leave the fear of success in the past to enjoy life.

Good luck on your future endeavors.
