Yucatan Peninsula: The Dinosaur Apocalypse

The Yucatan Peninsula is located near the coast of modern day Mexico. Millions of years ago, the dinosaurs witnessed a blazing gleam of light traveling through the sky at 30,000 mph. When the comet made impact, the force created a fiery explosion that projected billions of chunks of the Earth's core into the atmosphere. The Yucatan Peninsula comet represented Earth's first major extinction level event.
Millions of years ago, the dinosaurs experienced what humans could never fathom. A comet hit the Yucatan Peninsula with the force of several thousand nuclear weapons. Geologists explored rock sediment to expose the types of chemicals that were embedded into the early layers. Rock sediment leaves behind evidence of past events. For the most part, rock sediment represents the planet's DNA. In result of the deep impact, the charred dinosaur bodies created a toxic cloud of fumes that suffocated the planet. In essence, the molten rock, fire, and decaying dinosaur bodies destroyed the ecosystem. Without sunlight to promote photosynthesis, all plant life died in a matter of days and weeks.
A comet travels at thousands of mile per hour. Many people assume comets are slow blocks of cold rock. Nonetheless, fast traveling objects in space appear slow. The gravity in space slows down these massive objects. Once a comet reaches the Earth's atmosphere, the gravity is no longer a restrictive force.
A comet is free to travel at more than 30,000 mph. Thus, the comet's velocity will project an ELE object, smashing it into the ocean floor and or on land to create an explosion as powerful as thousands of nuclear weapons. The impact of a comet will create enormous tsunamis, project burning rock into the atmosphere. The blistering heat will melt away the ozone layer to consume oxygen.
The comet that hit the Yucatan Peninsula nearly 65 million years ago ended the age of the dinosaurs. Chemicals, no sunlight, toxic fumes, and burning molten rock traumatized the Earth. Nevertheless, the planet recovered from the Yucatan Peninsula comet 50 years later. 100 years after the comet impact, the planet no longer showed any signs of a past ELE. The ecosystem recovered from the effects of the comet through internally repairing itself.
In short, a comet hit the Yucatan Peninsula 65 millions years ago. In the aftermath, the dinosaurs died from the toxic fumes, the blistering fires, and the lack of plant life they required for food consumption. The comet's impact took 50-100 years for the planet to fully repair itself. Hopefully, the Yucatan Peninsula comet is only a myth. In modern time, such an event would end the world. Are the Mayan Calendar and 12-21-2012 predictions irritating you?
Mayan Calendar discussion boards and forums are irritating. People spend too much time making predictions and theorizing about number connections rather than dissect their problems. On a forum known as AboveTopSecret.com, I browsed a few dozen posts to learn of some expected comet named LEO Elenin. These posters suggest the comet is projected to hit Earth this upcoming October or next year.
The mathematical calculations determine that this Elenin comet is supposedly triggering major earthquakes. Nonetheless, these people never take into account there have been much more powerful earthquakes in the past. The earthquakes attract attention because people want to believe the Mayan 2012 prophecies. The Mayans never conveyed there would be an apocalypse in 2012. For the most part, the Mayans merely suggested the long count calendar will end in 2012.
You can identify me as a skeptic. In my opinion, there is no ideal way to predict end of the world events, unless somehow a comet is on track to hit Earth with no warning. Assessing the numerical connotation is merely a waste of time. What happens once 12-21-2012 passes without any problems? Then, people will have nothing to do like after the May 21, 2011 end of the world prediction. These people will find another correlation to predict a future disaster.
People believe in 500 year old predictions. However, Nostradamus never made exact references to the events forthcoming. He implied such events through encoding them. Moreover, theorists dissect Nostradamus's work to support his ambiguous predictions. His work is decoded like dreams; therefore, scholars make analogies after tragedies. Film theorists use the same methodology to interpret films using allegory and motifs.
The Elenin comet, 2012, earthquakes and future events are unrelated. There is no way to predict events. If psychics can predict events, then they could warn people of a disaster ahead of time. The truth is that the media is trying to create fear. They want people to feel powerless. These people have nothing better to do than to use number and letter deciphers to make false predictions. Most people find the 2012 Mayan Calendar as a frustrating subject matter with no real substance.

Psychics make predictions. They have a 50/50 chance whether to make an accurate or a false prediction. I visited a psychic. She made one good prediction out of two questions. Another psychic told me that some block is holding me back from accomplishing my dreams.
I'll accept the second psychic's advice because I'm writing on this website now. It is a theme that should be incorporated into my writing. Nonetheless, the first psychic seemed to focus more on making money. I paid $75 to get a pyshic reading. They wanted another $150 to conduct research on the person who put some dark spell on me. Thereafter, I would have to pay another expert to have this dark magic removed.
The second psychic seemed precise on my journey. I believe her because I'm already working toward my ultimate goal. The psychic reading holds truth. On the opposing side, the first psychic reading seemed somewhat accurate. However, the two psychics held back information to keep me coming back. The daughter and mother psychics convey the partial truth. However, their readings failed to contribute anything to my future. I mainly heard there is a block that is related to my past struggles. One piece of advice I accepted is that I will never give up on my dream. I have an overwhelming desire from within to keep on track, no matter how intense the challenges become.

A major influenza epidemic struck in 1918, killing an estimated 20 million people worldwide. The United States lost 500,000-600,000 people in the flu epidemic. There is a deadly virus living in Africa identified as Ebola.
If the Internet existed back then, people would talk about the end of the world. 2012 and 12-21-2012 discussions will flame out after the world continues on. People will move on to predict the next big disaster. We live in a waking reality, not in a dream that represents Hollywood magic. Don't always believe in every prediction.
